Conference Fee in AU dollars for people in AU, NZ, USA, Europe etc.,

1. Full fee “Early Bird” before 24 Oct 2022: $370 (from 12 yrs) or $250 (3-11 yrs).
2. Normal Full Fee as from 25 Oct 2022L $420 (from 12 yrs) or $300 (3-11 yrs). Deadline 1 Dec 2022.

Conference Fee in Vietnamese Dong for people in Vietnam:

1. 5,000,000 VND (from 12 yrs) and 3,000,000 VND (3-11 yrs).

To apply for Australian visa: 

1. Register your attendance on this link: https://forms.gle/xsMYebQETPGsMAC26
2. Send email with all of the info under to: hoidongphuchunglienhieptoancau@gmail.com 
   – Full name and date of birth.
   – Passport Number.
   – People in Vietnam need to also provide Số Căn Cước Nhân Dân (ID Number).
   – The full name in both Passport and ID must be the same.
   – Residential address and mobile phone numbe in case of urgent contact. Eg:+61 123 456 7890 (AUS) or +84 123 456 7890 (VN)
3. The Organizing Committee will send you the invitation letter in English for applying for Australian Visa. 
4. You should pay the full fee so that beside the invitation letter, the organizing committee also send to you the receipt of full payment. This will be an advantage for your application for Australian visa.
   Please send email showing email or letter of refusal from the concerned Australian Consular so that we can refund your fee (with less bank transfer fee).
5. In applying for Australian visa, you should declare to the Australian Consular about what your activities and the state where you will be during the time befor and after the conference. For instance: visit friends and relatives in Perth, tourist trip in Melbourne, special celebration with relatives in Sydney etc.,

Participants/Attendee in Australia must take their own way of transport to KCC.

Participants/Attendee from aboard, not living in Australia, must take notice:

• As check-in of the Conference will be on Tuesday afternoon and Opening Service will be on Tuesday evening 27 Dec 2022 – your overseas flight must arrive at Sydney International Airport before 12 PM of the same day.
• As the Closing Service will be on Friday afternoon 30 Dec 2022, your departure flight from Sydney International Airport must be after 6 PM.
